Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use freeinjuryreview.com or text our number (the “service”), which is run by Free Injury Review (“we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What this service is
Free Injury Review is a free service that connects people who may have been injured with independent, licensed attorneys. We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, and nothing on this site or in our messages is legal advice. Using the service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us.
Participating attorneys
The attorneys who review requests are independent. They are not our employees or agents, and we do not supervise their work. Each attorney is solely responsible for the legal services they provide and for their own advertising. Any relationship you form with an attorney is between you and that attorney, on terms you agree with them.
No guarantee
We cannot promise that any attorney will contact you, review your situation, or accept your case, and we make no promise about the result of any case.
Your responsibilities
When you use the service, you confirm that:
- The information you give us is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You are 18 or older.
- You are the injured person, or you are authorized to act for them.
- The phone number and email you give us are your own.
Consent to contact
When you submit a request, you agree that we and participating attorneys or their agents may contact you about it by phone, text message and email, as described in the consent next to the Submit button and in our Privacy Policy. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Disclaimers
We provide the service “as is.” We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or right for your situation, to the extent the law allows us to say so.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or for anything a participating attorney does or does not do. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, the updated terms apply.
