Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Free Injury Review (“we,” “us”) collects when you use freeinjuryreview.com or text our number, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and in plain English.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a review, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, mobile phone number, email address, the date and location of your accident, a description of what happened, and a description of your injuries.

Text messages. If you text our number, (888) 760-7065, we collect your phone number and the content of the messages you send us.

Technical information. Like most websites, we automatically collect some information about how you reach and use the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the ad or link that brought you here. We collect some of this through cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels such as Meta’s.

How we use it

• To connect you with one or more participating attorneys who can review your situation.
• To contact you about your request by phone, text or email.
• To operate, secure and improve the site.
• To measure how well our advertising works.

Who we share it with

• Participating attorneys and their agents who review your request. They receive the information you submitted so they can contact you about it.
• Service providers that run our website, database, text messaging and email on our behalf. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• Advertising platforms, such as Meta, which receive technical information through pixels and similar tools so we can measure our ads.
• Others when required, such as to comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect our rights or the safety of others.

We share the information you submit in the form only as described above. We do not sell it to data brokers or to other companies for their own marketing, and we do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging terms

You can opt in to receive text messages from us and from participating attorneys by submitting the form with the consent described next to the Submit button, or by texting our number, (888) 760-7065. Messages relate to your request for a review.

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm and send no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email us at jake@flowave.co.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving a review.

Your choices and rights

• You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jake@flowave.co. We may need to confirm your identity first.
• Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, such as the right to correct your information or to opt out of certain kinds of sharing for advertising. To use any of these rights, email us and we will respond as the law requires.
• You can limit cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your account settings on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your request and run the service, and as needed to meet legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Children

This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
